Tranmere Rovers has signed former Neston High School pupil Sam Mann to their first-team squad. The 18-year-old scored 39 goals in 33 appearances, including a hat-trick in Rovers’ 4-0 win at Prenton Park over Harrogate Town in the FA Youth Cup.
