Tranmere History
Tranmere is one of England's most traditional and popular football clubs. Founded in 1884 in Birkenhead, Merseyside, the club plays its home matches at the historic Prenton Park and competes in the England League Two. Known as The Whites, it has built over a century of rich history — trophies, iconic players, and unforgettable moments.
